Solution Architect - Java

Job descriptionBachelor's or masters degree in computer science or related technical field. Proven Solution Architect experience in large-scale, enterprise-grade projects. Java 8 or higher, Spring, Spring BootSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-ready applications Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms with strong coding skills. Experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and modern digital technologies. Experience with Reactive programming (Spring Reactor), Redis, and frontend frameworks (Angular). Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI / CD pipeline, cloud deployment). Prior experience in banking or financial services domain (not mandatory). What You Will Do :
- Lead the architectural design and technical solutions for banking products and platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Oversee team management, fostering a collaborative and agile engineering culture.
- Drive continuous improvement in technology and engineering practices while mentoring team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution scalability, security, and performance.
- Act as a technical leader, providing guidance on Java-based solutions, data structures, algorithms, and best coding practices.
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively to align technical goals with business needs.
