Position : Manager – Engineering (Manufacturing, EPC) Recruitment - Remote (Preferably Bangalore OR Chennai OR Hyderabad)
Reports to : General Manager – Recruitment
Role Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Recruitment Manager to lead a team of 2-5 senior recruiters handling end-to-end hiring for Non-IT engineering domains . The role demands good technical understanding (Engineering concepts), strong people leadership, client management skills, and the ability to drive high-performance delivery using data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor : Manage, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet and exceed revenue and delivery targets.
- Drive Delivery Excellence : Oversee full-cycle recruitment - from requirement gathering and sourcing to candidate engagement and closure - Non-IT engineering mandates.
- Quality Control : Ensure only well-qualified, validated profiles reach clients; maintain high standards of accuracy and turnaround.
- Performance Management : Conduct regular performance reviews based on key metrics such as submissions, offers, and revenue achievement.
- Client Partnership : Collaborate with the internal client management team and occasionally anchor clients directly to ensure smooth process execution.
- Process Improvement : Innovate sourcing strategies, streamline recruitment workflows, and build a culture of accountability and growth.
- Data-Driven Execution : Use recruitment data and dashboards to analyze performance trends and guide decisions.
Requirements
6–10 years of experience in Engineering recruitment (Manufacturing, EPC)Proven experience managing a team of 2-5 recruiters .Strong understanding of technical roles across engineering, manufacturing, R&D.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.B.E. / B.Tech Graduate (Mechanical / Civil / Production / Electrical / Instrumentation / Aeronautical / Automobile)Why Join Us
