About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Academic Mentor (CA) to guide and support students pursuing the Chartered Accountancy program. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject expertise, strong mentoring skills, and a passion for student success. This role involves academic monitoring, counseling, and collaboration with faculty to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and monitor students enrolled in the CA program to ensure consistent academic progress.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls or meetings to review student performance and engagement.
• Provide guidance on study planning, exam preparation, time management, and learning strategies.
• Motivate students to stay consistent and maintain required attendance in academic and engagement activities.
• Assist in developing academic materials including PPTs, question papers, and reference notes.
• Collaborate with faculties to collect study materials and coordinate with design teams for formatting and publishing.
• Support faculty in academic planning, assessments, and implementation of programs.
• Conduct counseling sessions (individual or group) to address academic or personal challenges.
• Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and feedback documentation.
• Collaborate with content and curriculum teams to ensure accuracy in academic materials.
• Research continuously to identify and resolve academic or pedagogical challenges.
