Founder Statement

I'm looking for a full-time intern who will work directly with me on shaping our sales strategy and managing partner relations at Amara.ai. This is a fantastic opportunity to get first-hand exposure to building and scaling a business in the HR tech space.

Location : Onsite – Bangalore (WeWork Embassy Tech Village)

Duration : 6 Months (Full-Time Internship)

Stipend : ₹20,000 per month

Future Opportunity : High potential for a full-time role post successful internship

What You&aposII DO

  • Work closely with me to formulate and execute sales strategies
  • Support in building and managing partner ecosystems and alliances
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Track and report sales performance metrics and recommend improvements
  • Prepare business presentations, proposals, and reports for leadership and partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and engagement
  • Be actively involved in strategic discussions and decision-making

What We&aposre Looking For

  • MBA fresher / final-year student with interest in Sales, Strategy, or Partnerships
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace / MS Office ; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
