Position Overview
The Sr Project Manager (SPM) will oversee end-to-end project delivery for corporate interior projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, safety adherence, and financial performance. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in MEP and C&I works, and proficiency in project planning, resource management, and project controls. The AGM will collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
● Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of corporate interior projects from inception to handover.
● Develop detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and track progress against milestones.
● Coordinate site execution activities across civil, interior, MEP, and C&I disciplines.
● Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards.
2. P&L and Financial Management
● Own project P&L and ensure cost-efficient execution.
● Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flows, and forecasts.
● Evaluate commercial risks and implement cost-control measures.
● Support billing, certification, and timely revenue realization.
3. Safety, Compliance & Quality
● Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure site compliance with statutory and company standards.
● Oversee quality control processes and ensure adherence to technical specifications and design intent.
● Conduct regular site audits and implement corrective actions when required.
4. Vendor, Contractor & Stakeholder Management
● Manage vendors, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure performance and contract compliance.
● Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams for issue resolution and project updates.
● Review and approve work orders, contracts, and procurement requirements.
5. Team Leadership & Coordination
● Lead and mentor site teams, project engineers, and supervisors.
● Conduct regular review meetings and drive accountability for project deliverables.
● Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
6. Reporting & Documentation
● Prepare detailed MIS reports, progress updates, and executive summaries for senior management.
● Utilize Excel (Advanced) and MS Office tools for data analysis and documentation.
● Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and audit documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
● Strong technical understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and C&I.
● Proven experience in project execution, project planning, and P&L management.
● Proficient with Microsoft Project, MS Office Suite, and Advanced Excel.
● Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
● Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
