Summary

Associate Director, MDM Ecosystem Integrations will be responsible for implementing data integration solutions to support our Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of data integration technologies, data governance, MDM principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage data integration solutions to support MDM initiatives.
  • Implement data integration processes using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and technologies.
  • Monitor and maintain data integration workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
  • Document data integration processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on data integration processes and tools.

Essential Requirements

  • Novartis seeks an individual with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of data management, provider data, master data management tools, product life cycle. The candidate should foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data integration and MDM projects.
  • Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Desired Requirement

  • 10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management and MDM ecosystem.
  • Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and database design.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
  • Certification in MDM or data integration technologies.
  • Strong analytical background, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and aligning them with business priorities to drive impactful results
