Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Freelancer (On-Ground Executive) who can take MotoDealz to the streets — connecting with local sellers, garages, and showrooms to onboard at least 10 bikes daily onto the MotoDealz app.
You’ll be the face of the brand in your area, helping build awareness and drive app adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local bike dealers, garages, and individual sellers daily to onboard their bikes on the MotoDealz app.
- Demonstrate how to list bikes, upload photos, and manage bids.
- Educate sellers about app features, benefits, and incentives.
- Achieve daily onboarding targets (10+ bikes per day).
- Promote the MotoDealz app in local communities, events, and groups.
- Gather real-world feedback from sellers and dealers to improve the experience.
Eligibility & Experience
2–3 years of field sales or marketing experience (preferably in startups, automotive, or digital marketplaces).Experience in launching or promoting a product from scratch.Must speak Hindi and Marathi fluently (English is a plus).Excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills.Must have a smartphone and two-wheeler for field visits.Compensation
