Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Recruiter to join our team and help us find top talent for various freelance and contract roles across diverse industries.

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates that align with client needs and project requirements.

• Talent Sourcing : Utilize multiple platforms to find potential candidates and actively reach out to passive candidates, building relationships and creating talent pipelines.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews : Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to identify qualified candidates, conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and evaluate and present a shortlist of candidates to hiring managers or clients.
• Client Communication : Work closely with clients to understand their needs and project requirements, provide regular updates on the status of recruitment efforts, and assist in defining job descriptions and requirements.
• Contract Management : Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and freelancers, ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and payment terms.

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on freelancing or contract roles, strong understanding of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, familiarity with various industries is a plus.
