Key Responsibilities

Complete Level 3 departmental reading assignments (all procedures).

Support and maintain project distribution lists.

Coordinate with project teams on technical and document control-related matters.

Participate in project meetings as required.

Share ideas for process improvements within the department.

Perform quality checks on project records under guidance from senior document control staff.

Execute data entry and typing tasks at a proficient level.

Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Provide training and mentoring to junior staff under supervision.

Deliver internal communication and customer service as directed.

Assist in training users on company EDMS (ProjectWise).

Independently manage work assignments with moderate supervision.

Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Contribute as a supportive, team-driven professional.

Required Skills

2–4

years of experience in data coordination or BIM.

Hands-on experience working with

ProjectWise

Experience in railway or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with major CAD design tools (e.G.,

MicroStation, Navisworks, AutoCAD

).
