We are looking for a skilled Content Writer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, has an eye for detail, and can adapt their writing style to fit international corporate and media communication needs. This is a 100% on-site role.
You will be working exclusively on one global client account , collaborating closely with their international corporate communications team. Your work will span internal communication, customer stories, interviews, social media posts, and media releases. In addition, you will support media-related activities through social media monitoring and reporting on communications KPIs.
Note : This is a corporate communications role. You will be given higher priority if you have experience in corporate communications and have work experience in a Corporate Communications team.
Key Responsibilities
In the first 1–2 years, you will :
- Write, edit, and proofread internal communication stories, internal and customer interviews, and press releases.
- Collaborate with the global communications and media team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality content in line with defined brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Proactively source and craft stories from within the region, bringing local perspectives to global corporate communications.
- Monitor social media channels daily (30–60 minutes) to track mentions, trends, competitor activity, and media visibility.
- Assist with administrative reporting of KPIs for internal communications, social media, and media coverage.
In the longer term (2+ years), you will :
Develop deep familiarity with the client’s business and global operations to deliver insightful and engaging storytelling.Take ownership of content creation for larger global internal or external campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging across internal and external channels.Provide strategic inputs to strengthen both corporate communications and media presence through storytelling and content planning.Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in a related field (journalism, media relations, corporate communications, or content writing).Excellent command of written English (American and British usage).Strong storytelling, research, and interviewing skills.Ability to adapt writing style to corporate and media communication guidelines.Awareness of social media platforms and ability to track / report engagement and media visibility metrics.Familiarity with content management systems or social media dashboards (advantage).Knowledge of German is a plus (but not mandatory).Basic Terms of Employment
