Role Overview

We’re looking for a

highly creative and ambitious content lead

to define Dalvoy’s voice and visual identity across social media and ad platforms. You’ll create and lead

video and image creatives

for performance marketing, social growth, and storytelling campaigns that reach millions of learners.

This is a

founder’s office role,

you’ll work closely with leadership, independently drive creative projects, and gradually build your own content team.

What You’ll Do

Create

eye-catching videos, reels, and image creatives in different aspect ratios

for social and ad campaigns.

Independently manage

the entire creative process from ideation to publishing.

Edit content using tools like

CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Photoshop

, or similar.

Experiment with

AI editing and creative tools

(Veo, Nano Banana, etc.).

Write short, catchy copy for social media captions and posts.

Work closely with the founders and marketing team to align creatives with brand tone.

Analyze engagement and iterate quickly to improve performance.

Requirements

Active presence

on Instagram or Youtube with at least

10K followers and active engagement

Comfortable

appearing on camera

and representing the brand.

Strong

verbal and written communication

skills in

English and Hindi

2+ years of experience

in content creation, video production, or social media marketing.

Proficiency in

Canva

CapCut / DaVinci Resolve

Photoshop

, and

AI editing tools

Deep understanding of

visual aesthetics

alignment

, and

ad placements

Self-starter with the ability to deliver fast, high-quality output in a

startup environment

Based in Delhi NCR

• (frequent onsite work at Gurgaon office);

hybrid can be considered for exceptional profiles.

Bonus Points

Prior experience in

content creation or startup environments or EdTech

Understanding of

social media algorithms and ad performance metrics

(Meta, YouTube, etc.).

Familiarity with

AI-based editing tools
