JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic sales

initiatives and creative marketing campaigns. This position requires excellent communication

skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client

relationships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold

    • calling, and online research.

  • Convert potential leads into long-term customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to maximize profitability.
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content, including social media

    • posts, blogs, brochures, and email campaigns.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new

    • opportunities.

  • Provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.

    • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is an advantage.

    • EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years

    • BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
  • Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
