As an Associate Project Manager at ACT21, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful software projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful, timely delivery. You will champion Agile practices, manage risks proactively, and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
What You’ll Do :
Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
Facilitate Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), driving continuous improvement and effective ceremonies
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders for seamless project execution
Engage in regular client interaction to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide transparent updates
Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project momentum
Support and mentor teams, promoting accountability and a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For :
7–10 years of experience in IT / software project management
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
Experience managing projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Trello
Familiarity with CI / CD, DevOps, and automated testing practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in product delivery
PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification
Exposure to cloud technologies and enterprise software solutions
