Responsibilities :

• Conduct online meetings to provide assistance to potential clients, communicating thru phone calls, emails.
• Follow specific instructions provided by the management regarding tasks to be completed
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks
• Document and report any issues or concerns encountered during client call
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Maintain records and documentation related to field activities
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management
