Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Thrissur. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing accounts, analyzing market trends, leading and managing the sales team, and developing strategic sales plans. The individual will also be tasked with meeting sales targets and expanding the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and market trends
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Proven track record in Sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in Team Management and leading a sales team
• Expertise in Sales Management and strategic planning
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the education or immigration sector is an advantage
