Job Description :

Conducting a detailed analysis of job descriptions and understanding the requirements
Ensuring that validated profiles are provided within the stipulated timelines
Assisting with the screening of resumes through various job portals
Scheduling shortlisted profiles for interviews and following up with candidates
Ensure all HR files and documents are organized and up to date
Maintain and update the HR database

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or any related field

Expertise :

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Duration :

The internship will be for a duration of 3 months
