Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Support Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The role involves providing assistance in resolving claims-related issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams. The Claims Support Specialist will also handle technical and customer support tasks while maintaining accurate documentation to ensure smooth operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Communication skills to effectively address client inquiries and maintain professional interactions
• Analytical Skills for evaluating claims data and identifying patterns or discrepancies
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to manage technical aspects of claims-related systems
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and claims management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
