Operations Manager

Garden Genie® is a fast growing Gardening Startup. Our mission is to support eco-friendly gardening practices and deliver high-quality products for gardening enthusiasts.

Key Responsibility

• Stock & Inventory Management
• Manage and reconcile inventory across platforms.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment and accurate reporting.
• Track stock movements between factory, warehouse, and marketplaces.
• Order & Label Management
• Oversee order flow from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Quick Commerce, etc.).
• Handle label printing, packaging instructions, and dispatch coordination.
• Maintain accurate order status, including shipped, pending, and returns.
• Cross-Team Coordination
• Work with the purchase team for raw material requirements.
• Coordinate with the factory for production planning and schedules.
• Liaise with the warehouse team for timely dispatch and logistics.
• Process & Reporting
• Maintain SOPs and continuously improve efficiency in workflows.
• Generate daily / weekly MIS reports for management.
• Highlight bottlenecks and support problem-solving.
