About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Trainer (Sales & Marketing) to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing processes, tools, and technologies, coupled with excellent communication and instructional design skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver engaging technical training programs focused on sales and marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across teams.
- Design customized learning modules (classroom, virtual, and e-learning) that enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
- Train new hires and existing employees on sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Marketing, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure training content aligns with current business goals and market trends.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in sales enablement and marketing automation.
- Create and maintain a repository of training materials, SOPs, and documentation.
- Support managers and team leaders in implementing post-training performance improvement plans.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in training, sales enablement, or a related technical training role.Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing strategies.Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Ads, SEO tools).Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.Ability to design and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report training impact.Certification in training methodologies or learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
