Job description

Qualification :

  • B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation
  • Additional : Experience in industrial product sales preferred; Management qualification (if any)

Experience : Minimum 5 years and Functional Area : Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, guide & mentor a team of 4 members handling sample sets tooling business
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance & ensure team efficiency in achieving set targets

    • Business Development & Conversion Targe

  • Drive & achieve minimum 50% conversion rate from sample sets to exhibition
  • Create & execute strategies to improve conversion ratio through customer engagement & technical support

    • Technical Support

  • Provide expert technical knowledge related to tooling production
  • Troubleshoot issues, recommend suitable solutions & ensure customer satisfaction

    • Customer Communication & Relationship Building

  • Maintain professional & persuasive communication with customers for technical correspondence
  • Build & sustain strong rapport with clients across Hyderabad, Chennai & Bangalore

    • Sales Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain & update various sales reports, MIS related to enquiries, leads & customer account
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to management
