Project Control Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Project Control Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project schedules, budgets, and performance, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project control systems and processes
• Monitor project progress and performance against baseline schedules
• Prepare and analyze project status reports
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
• Assist in risk management and mitigation strategies
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Identify areas for improvement in project execution and reporting

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in project control or a similar role
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
