Job Profile - Associate Manager (Counselling Lead )

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the Counselling team across inbound, outbound, and offline (walk-in) channels.
• Oversee counselling operations across all centres and establish effective processes.
• Supervise and drive the successful completion of tasks assigned to the Central Counselling team across all centres.
• Align counsellors with their respective KRAs and organizational objectives.
• Ensure efficient team management and performance of counsellors.
• Conduct regular meetings to review progress and share updates from the Central Counselling team.
• Communicate key information and directives from the Central Counselling team to all the counsellors.
• Resolve counselling-related issues escalated by centres in a timely manner.
• Maintain close coordination with other Regional Leads, Centre Heads (CHs), Facility Managers (FMs), and Business Heads (BHs) on counselling matters.
• Key result areas include Business Strategy, Decision-Making, Rapport Building, and Team Management.
