About the Role

The Manager – Medical Coding will oversee the coding team, ensuring compliance with coding standards and regulations while optimizing productivity and quality in the coding process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the medical coding team.
• Ensure adherence to ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance coding processes.

Qualifications

• ✔ 1+ year on-paper experience as Manager – Medical Coding
• OR
• ✔ 2+ years on-paper experience as Assistant Manager – Medical Coding

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS
• Team handling experience
• Quality & productivity management
• US Healthcare RCM exposure

Preferred Skills

• Experience with coding audits and compliance.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
