About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving our infrastructure, automating our development and deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our applications. You'll work closely with our development and operations teams to streamline our processes and foster a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.

Skills required :

• Should have good knowledge of design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and management of infrastructure
• Collaborate with development teams to improve code quality, system performance, and release processes.
• Manage version control and branching strategies using Git or similar tools.
• Implement and manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
• Ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and effective.
• Should have a good Knowledge of Networking
• Knowledge of IT Security (data encryption).
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and overall health using monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
• Exposure to database management and optimization
• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or others)
• Should have knowledge of document systems, automation, and workflows clearly and effectively
