Job description

#We are hiring for Corporate Sales positions with a leading Insurance Broking company in Mumbai Location#

Profile- #Corporate Sales (AM / DM)

Based- Location- Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for group insurance and employee benefits solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions (Health, Life, Group Mediclaim, etc.).
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for quotes, renewals, and claim support.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the employee benefits vertical.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Requirements :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience in corporate or institutional sales, preferably in insurance broking or employee benefits.
  • Strong understanding of group insurance products and employee benefit programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
