JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing start up. We are looking for talent that is hungry for growth and can hustle to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation : Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for developers.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with developers, UX / UI designers, quant researchers, and other cross-functional team members throughout the product development lifecycle. Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure the successful delivery of trading operations and reporting solutions.

Product Development and Testing : Work closely with developers to prioritize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of trading operations and reporting features. Conduct functional testing and validation to ensure that developed features meet the specified requirements and quality standards.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trading operations and reporting solutions, such as user engagement, performance, and reliability. Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on data analysis and user feedback.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience working in financial services, exchange operations, trading, and similar industries
• Proven experience (4+ years) in product management, with a focus on functional requirements for web applications.
• Understanding of crypto markets, and derivative products - futures and options is desirable
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams and collaborating with developers, designers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions to drive product success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
