Job description

BETSOL is seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our high-performing team. This role requires a proven track record of recruiting and closing US positions, with additional international recruitment experience. You will thrive in our quality-focused environment where we handle high-profile and critical requisitions. We're looking for a self-starter who can deliver top-tier candidates within tight timelines while building lasting relationships.

Essential Job Functions

Full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical positions with proven ability to close US positions

Work hybrid schedule from our Bangalore office while maintaining 8 : 00 AM EST to 5 : 00 PM EST working hours

Present qualified candidates within 4 days of requisition open date

Report directly to executive leadership on a weekly basis with detailed recruitment updates

Execute advanced passive candidate searches and Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter

Manage LinkedIn InMail campaigns and job postings on LinkedIn

Utilize internal ATS for candidate management and workflow

Schedule and coordinate internal interviews with exceptional attention to calendaring details

Conduct Teams video recruiter screens (video required) with professional presentation

Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships to keep talent engaged throughout the interview and hiring process

Find and deliver talent within budget constraints while meeting all hiring SLAs

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and hiring managers on recruitment strategy

Maintain rigorous attention to detail in all candidate processes and documentation

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with verifiable US position closures

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field

International recruitment background

Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter including advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn platform expertise

Proven track record of successful LinkedIn InMail campaigns and job posting optimization

Experience with applicant tracking systems and organization tools

Experience utilizing and optimizing AI within your recruiting process

Advanced passive candidate sourcing techniques beyond basic job board posting

Strong scheduling and calendaring management for complex interview coordination

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proactive, competitive self-starter mentality with high sense of urgency

Adaptability and reliability - critical in our fast-paced environment

Critical thinking skills - ability to ask intelligent questions and think outside the box

Process adherence while maintaining flexibility and creativity in sourcing approaches
