Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Phlebotomist located in Panaji. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients using standardized techniques, labeling and ensuring secure transportation of samples, and maintaining accurate documentation of laboratory tests and results. They will follow proper protocols to maintain hygiene and patient safety while ensuring excellent customer experience during sample collection. Close communication with medical staff and strict adherence to medical guidelines are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blood Collection techniques and Laboratory Skills.
• Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and concepts related to Medicine.
• Prior experience or expertise in Medical Assisting and handling diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide a positive patient experience.
• High attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Certification in phlebotomy or relevant healthcare field is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site healthcare environment.
