Role Overview :
We are looking for customer service professionals to handle inbound / outbound calls, chats, or emails for our international clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat for international clients.
 - Provide accurate information and effective solutions within agreed timelines.
 - Ensure a positive customer experience through active listening and empathy.
 - Maintain call / chat / email quality standards and follow company protocols.
 - Document all interactions in the CRM system accurately.
 - Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
 - Meet process KPIs such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT.
 
Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO customer service (freshers with excellent communication may also apply).Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts.Graduation preferred; undergraduates can also apply.Skills Required
