We are looking for a bright and passionate BIW Design Engineer with the skills below

Job Location - Bangalore

Experience - 3 to 6 years

Roles and Responsibilities

CAD modelling and drawing creation of BIW panels and assemblies in NX.

Concept proposal, creating or updating master sections, Packaging study, Interference check.

Creation of joining elements for the assembly e.g. Spot welds, bolted joints, etc

Should be able to resolve the issues received from CAE, manufacturing feasibility, etc

Interact with cross function teams, manufacturing vendors.

Adherence of QMS process.

Preferred Skills

Experience in product design for BIW component / Assemblies.

Knowledge of product design for casting component will be added advantage.

Should be able to apply GD&T at Individual part and subassembly / System Level.

Experience working on door design, door hinge designs will be added advantage.

Experience in DFMEA, PPAP, etc

Software – NX (Must)

PLM tools- Team Center, etc
