Driven by a passion for delivering smart end-to-end solutions, this team plays a key role in Epsilon’s success story.Epsilon’s User Experience (UX) team designs exceptional customer experiences across our expanding product suite.We’re seeking a Sr QA Engineer to collaborate closely with Designers and Developers to ensure pixel-perfect UI components that match design specifications.In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and maintaining Epsilon’s suite of applications. Your sharp eye for design and strong coding skills will help deliver high-quality, user-friendly platforms.What you will enjoy in this role : As part of the Epsilon User Experience team, collaborating with the Product Engineering teams, the pace of the work matches the fast-evolving demands of Fortune 500 clients across the globeThe open and transparent environment that values innovation and efficiency.Click here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision and 1 Voice.ResponsibilitiesUse a blend of design and front-end development skills to ensure Epsilon’s apps strictly adhere to UI design specifications and interactions.Document bugs and review pull requests from other engineersParticipate in daily standup meetings to follow development cycles, as well as design meetings to be a part of the design processCreate standard methodologies that teach and inspire engineers across the company to build applications that follow design specs and accessibility guidelinesEnforce the proper implementation of design system components and correct issues uncovered, including handling breaking changes with new releasesUpdate outdated design patterns on live applications to follow the latest design standardsImplement motion and animation designCollaborate with UX and Engineering teams to deliver great user experiencesContinuously research new and best coding practicesQualificationsA degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, SASS, and JavaScript, with support for cross-device and cross-browser compatibility.Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred); deep expertise not required.Experience working as a designer or closely with design teams.Passionate about design and empathetic toward users.Highly detail oriented, with a strong ability to spot design inconsistencies or flaws.Knowledge of accessibility standards, especially AA compliance.Strong communication skills, capable of leading design discussions and fostering collaboration.A proactive learner and willing mentor.A dependable great teammate with excellent time management and self-direction.Experience with version control tools such as Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, and project tracking tools like Jira.Comfortable working in Agile team environments.Proven experience collaborating with both designers and engineers.Additional Information : Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem.
