Job Title : Data Engineer

About the Company : Insight Global

Location : Remote

Pay Range : 18- 22 lakhs per annum

Duration : 1-year contract with likely extension

Notice Period : This is a ASAP hire - only apply if you can start 2 weeks after offer is extended!

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity.
Implement and manage cloud-native technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable solutions.
Ensure strong CI / CD practices for seamless deployment and integration of data systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on AI / ML applications.

Proficiency in big data tools such as Apache Spark and BigQuery .

Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Strong programming skills in Python , Java , or Scala .

Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch .

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
