We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate F&B operations at Nirvana Sarovar Portico, Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B operations from reputed hotels, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets, banquets, and in-room dining.
- Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive revenue through innovative promotions, cost control, and upselling strategies.
- Coordinate with culinary and other departments for seamless service delivery.
