Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining clear communication with customers, providing support via multiple channels, and ensuring consistency and efficiency in service delivery. This role requires proactive engagement to address customer feedback and enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and build positive customer relationships
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service operations
Knowledge of Customer Satisfaction principles and experience in addressing customer needs
Ability to handle Customer Service Management tasks to maintain service standards
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
Proficiency in using customer support tools and software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in any related field or relevant experience in customer-facing roles
