Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a QSR Order Taker / Captain / Steward. The responsibilities of the role include taking customer orders, assisting in food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. The role also involves handling sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Sales and Customer Service experience
• Food & Beverage service skills
• Experience in staff Training
• Basic knowledge of Forklift Operation (if applicable)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus
