CPL Delivery Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns across multiple verticals.
• Oversee affiliate marketing operations — coordinate with affiliates and publishers to achieve lead targets.
• Ensure lead quality, compliance, and campaign performance meet client KPIs.
• Monitor delivery pacing, budget utilization, and optimize for better ROI.
• Analyze campaign data to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Handle lead validation , troubleshooting, and rejection resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, affiliates, and ad networks .
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and account management teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Generate and present performance reports with insights and recommendations.
