We are looking for a Director of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, not a caretaker, but a builder.

Someone fast, fearless, and unafraid to prove that recruitment can be a strategic growth engine, not an admin process.

The Role

  • Lead recruitment as a strategic driver of business growth.
  • Partner with the President and HR strategist to balance speed with structure, execution with governance.
  • Build systems that scale to hundreds of hires while preserving quality and culture.
  • Create new talent pipelines, not just resumes, but future leaders who can run seats, drive performance, and own outcomes.
  • Define and project InSync’s employer brand on LinkedIn and beyond, making every hire a credibility milestone.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years of recruitment or talent leadership experience, preferably in BPO / IT / consulting.
  • Someone who can think beyond pipelines and headcounts, designing strategies for scale and speed.
  • Strong grip on analytics, recruitment marketing, and new-age sourcing tools.
  • A tad-different mindset : lean, bold, high-integrity execution.
  • Hunger to prove a new leadership model in action.
