The Role
- Lead recruitment as a strategic driver of business growth.
- Partner with the President and HR strategist to balance speed with structure, execution with governance.
- Build systems that scale to hundreds of hires while preserving quality and culture.
- Create new talent pipelines, not just resumes, but future leaders who can run seats, drive performance, and own outcomes.
- Define and project InSync’s employer brand on LinkedIn and beyond, making every hire a credibility milestone.
What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of recruitment or talent leadership experience, preferably in BPO / IT / consulting.Someone who can think beyond pipelines and headcounts, designing strategies for scale and speed.Strong grip on analytics, recruitment marketing, and new-age sourcing tools.A tad-different mindset : lean, bold, high-integrity execution.Hunger to prove a new leadership model in action.Why This Role is Different
