Role and Responsibilities :
Demand and Change Management executives will play a key role for sourcing and onboarding for the client, will be required to coordinate with multiple stakeholders from different teams within ANSR and client team.
Key Responsibilities :
Will be the primary point of contact for project demand and change management.
Will be required to work closely with the ANSR recruitment team, ANSR operations Team Client team, setting up regular cadence to update the progress.
Will be responsible for creating demand reports based on requests from ANSR and Client leadership.
Experience and Requirements
Required Experience and Skills :
Any Graduate from reputed institute
3-4 years of experience in any project management roles
Strong communication skills both written and Verbal
High level of proficiency in MS Office
Understanding of recruitment life cycle
