Role Description
This is a contract-based remote Junior Recruiter role. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates for a variety of roles. Daily tasks include posting job ads, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers with their recruitment needs. The individual will also play a key role in updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and the hiring team.
Qualifications
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, including experience with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates
Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Organizational Skills to manage multiple roles, track progress, and meet deadlines
Understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Experience in contract-based recruitment is a plus
