The role involves assessing and sourcing gemstones for Thyne Jewels, advising on selection, grading, and certification, as well as verifying authenticity and treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Assess & source gemstones for Thyne
  • Advise selection, grading, certification
  • Verify authenticity, treatments, provenance
  • Match stones to designs / budgets
  • Craft care / education content

Qualifications

  • GIA / IGI certification
  • 3+ years of experience

    • Required Skills

  • Strong quality control (QC)
  • Vendor liaison skills

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in gemstone sourcing
  • Knowledge of jewelry design
