Key Deliverables :
- Drive new customer acquisition across Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services through targeted hunting strategies.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery and installation of solutions per assigned targets.
- Achieve Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth in assigned territory.
- Execute upselling and cross-selling of Airtel's full suite of products to existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality, mature sales funnel for all Lines of Business (LoBs).
- Conduct competitive analysis to gain market insights and design sales interventions accordingly.
Role Responsibilities :
Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.Negotiate and finalize contracts in alignment with business objectives.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solution delivery as per client requirements.Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.Ensure all activities are aligned with Airtel's strategic business goals and customer expectations.Skills Required
