Customer Care Executive – Gota, Ahmedabad

Location : Gota, Ahmedabad

Experience Required : Minimum 3 years in Customer Support / Customer Service

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive to join our team in Gota, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
  • Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customer queries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
  • Maintain proper records in CRM and ensure follow-ups for customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Good computer and CRM handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
