Role Overview

We’re looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team.

You’ll be responsible for integrating, testing, and demonstrating cutting-edge vision, robotics, PLC, and software solutions — both at client sites and in-house labs.

This is a hands-on role ideal for engineers who love working at the intersection of hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Integration & Commissioning

  • Integrate Machine Vision cameras, robotic systems, PLC panels, sensors, and industrial controllers.
  • Configure and test systems to ensure smooth interoperability between hardware and software.
  • Perform FAT / SAT testing and validate installations with customers.

🎥 Demos & Client Interaction

  • Set up and conduct live demonstrations of automation systems for clients and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical pre-sales support .
  • Deliver product presentations and training sessions.

    • 🧠 Troubleshooting & Support

  • Diagnose and resolve integration or performance issues on-site.
  • Provide technical support during installation and post-deployment.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements.

    • 📄 Documentation

  • Prepare integration checklists, reports, and configuration records.
  • Maintain demo setup documentation and user manuals.

    • 🤝 Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, robotics, and software teams to develop integrated solutions.
  • Provide feedback for product optimisation and feature enhancements.

    • Required Skills

  • PLC Programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Omron)
  • Robotic Systems (ABB / FANUC / KUKA / UR / Yaskawa)
  • Machine Vision (Cognex / Keyence / Basler / OpenCV)
  • Industrial Communication (Ethernet / IP, Modbus, Profinet, OPC)
  • Basic coding knowledge (Python / C / C++ preferred)
  • Good understanding of SCADA, IoT, and automation system architecture

    • Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to travel and work at client sites

    • Qualification

    🎓 B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in

    Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering

    🧩 Experience : 1–4 years (Freshers with project experience in automation / robotics / vision are encouraged to apply)
