Role Overview

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on turning complex data into sharp insights that drive decision-making. You’ll be the backbone of how we measure, analyze, and scale the impact of our roundtables, leader communities, and sponsorship ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (, CRM, event registrations, sponsor reports, feedback forms, etc.).
  • Build dashboards and reports that track leader engagement, sponsor ROI, and event performance.
  • Identify patterns in leader participation, content virality, and market trends to support strategy.
  • Work closely with leadership, content, and sales teams to provide actionable insights.
  • Own the data pipeline—ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and storytelling.
  • Experiment with predictive models for leader turnout, sponsorship success, and community growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in B2B, SaaS, events, or community businesses.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker Studio).
  • Strong ability to translate raw data into simple, visual insights.
  • Hands-on experience with data cleaning and handling large datasets.
  • Curiosity to go beyond the numbers—ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.
  • Bonus : Knowledge of analytics, HubSpot / Zoho CRM, or event-tech platforms.
