DevOps Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to drive transformative change in regulated enterprises.

  • The ideal candidate will lead the charge in implementing automation and platform reliability strategies.

Technical Requirements :

  • Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation for infrastructure as code
  • Python, Bash, AI-enhanced automation for scripting
  • CI / CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD
  • Cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, GCP, container orchestration with Kubernetes, Docker
  • Logging and monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / EFK, including AI-driven log analysis and incident prediction
  • MLOps : deploying ML workflows, model traceability and compliance

    • Soft Skills :

  • Driving cultural transformation in DevOps
  • Communicating across teams and stakeholders
  • Mentorship and process rigor, open-minded to productivity improvements
