Key Responsibilities
Academic Operations & School Coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, preschools, and educational partners.
Support academic implementation, training, and curriculum alignment at partner institutions.
Content Development & Enhancement
Collaborate with academic teams to design, review, and enhance preschool learning content and resources.
Ensure materials align with ECCE frameworks and age-appropriate learning outcomes.
Pre-Sales & Product Demonstrations
Partner with the business team to understand client needs and position solutions effectively.
Conduct engaging demos and presentations for school management and educators to showcase program value.
Client Engagement & Coordination
Act as a liaison between internal teams and client institutions for smooth communication and follow-ups.
Track school engagement, feedback, and outcomes to support retention and growth.
Market & Product Insights
Stay updated on ECCE trends, evolving school needs, and competitor offerings to provide strategic inputs.
Support continuous product improvement based on feedback and field insights.
Reporting & Collaboration
Maintain accurate data on school interactions, demos, and academic activities in CRM tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business, marketing, and product teams to achieve organizational goals.
What we’re looking for :
Bachelor’s / Master’s in ECCE or related field
2–5 years of experience in ECCE, academic operations, content development, or school coordination
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for early learning and building strong institutional partnerships
