We are looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud Administrator who will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimization of the Genesys Cloud platform to ensure seamless contact center operations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing customer engagement solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements

✅ Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud Administration & Configuration

✅ Experience in Contact Center technologies, IVR, Routing, Queues, WFM

✅ Hands-on with APIs, Integrations, SIP, VoIP, Cloud Telephony

✅ Ability to create and deliver structured training modules, labs, and case studies

✅ Excellent presentation and communication skills

✅ Prior corporate training / mentoring experience preferred

✅ Flexible to deliver weekend / weekday sessions as per client need
