Cvent is looking for a UI Designer with excellent aesthetic, design sense and great communication skills to create client’s Event websites on the Cvent Content Management system.
The person should be an SME and must have good communication skills (both verbal and written) to be able to communicate and understand requirements with overseas clients independently. Who can act as a project manager to brief / provide download of the project to other designers and get them completed flawlessly.
The person should be willing to work in the night shift (US hours) and must have a zeal to perform in a fast-paced environment along with willingness to thrive for an award-winning career.
Role and responsibilities
The personnel would take full responsibilities to / for :
- Past-experience working directly with the customers in a creative or development capacity
- Act as a Design Consultant,
- a perfect combination of designer and customer handling
- maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with customers for each assigned project
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to manage, design, and execute the building of event themes (webpage, email templates, forms, sharecards, virtual event pages, sessions pages, confirmations) for our broad and varied client base
- Most importantly, the Creative Designer role requires high-level experience with and understanding of design principles : hierarchy, typography, color, sizing, layout, and accessibility standards, as well as the ability to craft and manipulate CSS and JavaScript code to append the Cvent Content Management System.
- Innovate on best practices and building standards, and assure brand consistency across multiple projects and brands
- Coordinate across Creative, Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to achieve high quality results
- Facilitate training sessions for our customers on Event Design best practices (format and script provided)
- Use creative problem-solving skills to develop detailed processes which assist the creation of comprehensive design solutions that bring people together, engage, delight, and inspire
- Manage and track simultaneous projects and tasks effectively and deliver assignments on time
- Conduct design research, develop new services, and use design thinking to solve problems
