Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in West Delhi for a Client Servicing Executive. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for maintaining and improving client relationships, ensuring project execution, and maintaining databases. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their concerns, and working closely with the internal team to deliver high-quality services that meet client expectations. The role also involves managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Client Services, and Client Relations skills
• Strong Communication and Client Services skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Experience in marketing, especially experiential marketing, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a client-facing role
