Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The individual in this role will be responsible for generating and managing sales, developing customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting appropriate solutions, and providing outstanding customer service. The role also involves providing product training to clients, maintaining sales reports, and collaborating with team members to enhance business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Training to clients and team members
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the sales domain will be considered an asset
